We somehow find more and more things that need to be done before we can leave. With 2 days left to spare, I can’t stop from being anxious about the awesome journey before me. With goal in mind we’ve been finalizing our overnight accommodations and buying the last of our necessary supplies. Hopefully by tomorrow we’ll only have to worry about hanging out in the pool and playing paddleball all day.

As we come closer to being finished packing though, the immensity of our trip is beginning to set in. Although I am excited to finally use my strenuously acquired chinese, I can’t not be anxious for the more than 2 month journey with my brother. Right now, I only plan to spend as much time having fun as I do experiencing the ancient architecture, bustling marketplaces, and delicious cuisines that we’ll run into.

Since I don’t really know how to write a blog, that’s all for now. Maybe as I become more travelled I will be able to write better posts but only time will tell.
