Some of the lovely sea shells that could be found when you hiked out to the edge of the reef. Beyond the reef, the water depth dropped from maybe 10 ft in the lagoon to 10,000 ft.

MY best friend, Buck. I met him while hiking in the woods. He folloed me the whole hike and showed me the path when I got lost. He then walked 10 miles back to town with me and followed me for the next 3 days. He slept outside my bungalow, followed me to meals, tried to swim with me when I went swimming.... I have never had an animal love me more. Miss ya buck :(

A fish sandwhich from Charlie's beach cafe. Probably my favorite food I had while there. A delicious Mahi Mahi sandwich that is big enough to feed three.

A picture from the hike up the tallest mountain on the island, Te Manga. I had to abandon my raincoat because it was town through from all the falling / bushwhacking.

The view from the lagoon island of Oneroa. I visited the island almost everyday. Some days I only spent a little time and other times I spent the whole day.
