Sights and Sounds of Morocco

A timelapse of me leaving Nice for Morocco.  In the video when the plane tilts downwards that is Antibes and when you can see two islands that is Cannes.

The walk to my Riad from the main Medina street closest to me.  the video gives you a sense of what it is liking walking around the back alleys of Marrakech.  You can also hear someone calling out “Sorry, sorry, hey man” in the video.  This would be someone who followed me and is trying to scam me because he thinks I am lost and he will offer his services as a “guide.”  Literally everywhere you went people would try and talk to you and give you directions.  Almost all of them were scammers.

At the Ben Youssef Madrasa. This place was once a College in Marrakesh Morocco named after the Sultan Ali ibn Yusuf (reigned 1106–1142), who expanded the city and its influence considerably. It is the largest Medrasa in all of Morocco.  It would be amazing to go to college here, but I don’t know if they will take all my AP credit.
