Hustle Bustle Hanoi

When in Vietnam, I carved out some time to visit Hanoi (thus being able to take a daytime to Ha Long Bay). But… after the three-hour bus ride to the port where the boat leaves, the whole port was closed due to high wind. So that was devastating, but I did get two cool time-lapses of driving around Hanoi.
